Return policy
Starting returns online is easy.
- Go to the following page: https://flyjajewels.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns.
- Enter your email address and verification code to log in.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, just 4 steps complete the return request and submit it.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive email notifications with shipping instructions.
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- In unused, resalable items, or defective items.
- In original packaging with all labels intact.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional items (if applicable).
Damage, loss or theft issues
- If the purchased product is defective, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
Trades
- The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Reimbursement solutions
- Refund to original payment method.
- Refund on your Shopify store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take another 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Reimbursement on store credit is immediate.
- If you are a VIP customer, the refund is issued immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
